Hey, I’m Sella, an American-Israeli tech entrepreneur.

I’ve been programming since ‘00. Mostly web dev.

Today I run indydevs, a network of very senior developers.

My background includes

• 5 years as an Intelligence Officer in Israel’s SIGINT unit, 8200.
• 1 year Backpacking through South America.
• BSc Computer Science & Psychology, Hebrew University, magna cum laude.
• Many dev roles, in many orgs of many sizes, in San Francisco, CA and Tel Aviv, IL.
  I am especially fond of vanilla JS, Ruby (Sinatra), and MongoDB. Building complex web apps single-handedly has been the focus of my career.
• CTO co-founder of a Q&A social media startup.
• Dev Shop founder (‘16). Built complex apps for ~70 orgs.
• Founder of indydevs (‘22), a network of senior developers.
